Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Mallorca - Welcome Dinner
Arrive at Mallorca Airport and transfer to the Hotel . Break the ice & meet the group for a welcome dinner. .
Day 2: Wine and tapas, experience the real Mallorca countryside
Join us at Plaza España for a delightful journey to the countryside, where we'll transport you to an ancient agricultural estate nestled in a charming Mallorcan town. Meet the passionate winemaker and delve into the heritage of winemaking, spanning four generations. Experience firsthand the traditional and modern techniques used in crafting exquisite wines perfectly suited to the region's soil and climate. Wander through the estate on a guided tour before indulging in a tasting of four exceptional wines, expertly paired with authentic Mallorcan tapas. Cheers to a memorable exploration of Mallorca's winemaking legacy!
Day 3: Catamaran Cruise with Lunch & Swim
Cruise along the spectacular south coast of Mallorca by catamaran with two stops along the way. Drop anchor in Portals Vells or Cala Vella to swim and snorkel in the turquoise waters while a delicious barbecue meal is prepared on board
Day 4: North Coast Nature Escape Day Tour
Get lost in nature and feel like a kid again while exploring Mallorca's North Coast. Embark on a thrilling day trip from Palma de Mallorca full of swimming, hiking, caves, and village visits.

Day 5: Beach Club Day
The cosmopolitan island of Mallorca offers some of the finest beach clubs in the world that have become centres of Mediterranean nightlife. Most offer more than just beach atmosphere with exclusive bars, restaurants, pools and exciting parties with live music and interesting guests. After breakfast at hotel, the day is reserved for beach club.
Day beds will be reserved and transfers to & from the beach club are included for the group.
Day 6: Spanish Cooking Lessons [Lunch] & Farewell Dinner
Get hands-on learning with a typical Mallorcan meal, created by you and your chef/instructor. Sip on local wines as you chop, sizzle, and savor the locally-sourced food.
The rest of the day is free for you to explore Mallorca on your own. In the evening we will head for a farewell dinner with the group.
DAY 7: Departure
Check out from the hotel and transfer to the Airport for your departure flight.

Cancellations & Rescheduling [Specific to this trip]

The deposit amount is nonrefundable. However, in case of cancellations and rescheduling, it can be transferred to other tours.

The package offers flexible payment rules depending upon the advance purchase period or the inclusions.

The entire payment is to be made 45 days prior to the trip.

By submitting a deposit for the trip, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation terms, thereby refraining from disputing the transaction.
Cancellation Terms
1. 45-60 Days before departure :
Deposit amount can be transferred to any other tour or a credit note will be issued. The credit note can be used for 2 years from the date of booking.
2. 45 days before departure: 50% tour cost will be charged as cancelation fees
3. No Show :
No refund in case of No Show.
Above payment policy is subject to change during peak seasons/ blackout dates.
Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel (9 months in case of Malaysia.)
Final vouchers can only be issued once we have received the full payment.
The booking is deemed canceled if full payment is not received in less than 30 days prior to departure.

Can I join the trip solo?

Yes, More than 80% of our clients join our trips solo!
It's a great way to meet new people & network.
When you book a trip with us, you are by default assigned a double occupancy room. We assign same-gender roommates for the duration of your stay. If you have a preference on who you want to stay with, we can accommodate that too.
Can I get myself a single room?
Yes, if you don't feel comfortable sharing a room, you can upgrade to a single room by selecting add-ons at checkout or emailing us at hi@wanderxo.com.
Do you have payment plans or do I have to pay for the trip in one go?
Yes, we do have payment plans. When you click on "Book Now," you will be able to choose from various options.
We offer interest-free payment plans, as well as monthly payments during which your account is paid off completely.

Which airport do I fly into & out of?
Palma de Mallorca Airport [PMI]
TIP:
If flights to Palma de Mallorca Airport are expensive, consider flying into any of the major airports like Barcelona / Madrid and then take a domestic connection to PMI.
Once you reach PMI, it's our job to make sure you reach the hotel safely.
Is there any preferred time to arrive & depart?
Yes, you can arrive anytime between 10AM to 5PM. Please be aware that standard check-in time is 3 PM.
For departures, anytime between 10 AM to 5PM works.
NOTE:
Even if your arrival and departure times fall outside of the mentioned hours, Wander XO will arrange your airport transfers. If there are any delays or missed connections, please inform us, and we'll ensure transportation is arranged accordingly."
